I was raised in Pittsburgh, PA before leaving the area to attend West Virginia University and receive my degree in Psychology. Over the last 25 years, I have worked in the area of human behavior psychology where I was involved in social services, program development and agency supervision. I opened my own business and currently own Development Focus Training Group specializing in personal, team and business development. Over the years, I have expanded my training experience into developing and teaching courses at Mill Creek Community School, Central Piedmont Community College and am currently an Adjunct Instructor and Academic Coach at York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC. 2014 Co-Authored a published book about finding one's "grit" to acheive an individuals dreams and goals.
