Apart from just managing the students, my role requires me to oversee the happenings in the centres so as to optimise operations across centres. Scope:- Planning, communicating & executing smooth operations throughout the year- Formulate and strategise objective goals to ensure that centre management is carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability- Report generation and evaluation for weekly and monthly centre operations and events- Leads follow up and scheduling- Facilitating effective communication with clients

I lead the Team at our Tampines SAFRA Branch. Scope:- Facilitation of training for staff- Briefing and debriefing of team members for key communication sharing- Formulation of various training approaches to cater best towards teachers and students' needs- Assessing and administration of quantitative assessments- Breaking down of key information and educating parents on their children's learning needs
