Job Scope:• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively reach target audiences, drive sales, and align with the company's objectives.• Collaborate closely with channel partners to develop and implement impactful co-marketing plans that achieve mutual business goals.• Drive successful product launches through strategic planning, market research, competitive analysis, and targeted promotions to communicate the product's value proposition and generate demand.• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials and POSM, such as in-store displays, demo units, and promotional materials, to enhance brand recognition and effectively convey product benefits.• Manage and provide strategic guidance to creative team and agency across social media content, design direction, and media buying strategies to ensure alignment with the company's brand and goals.• Plan and execute diverse marketing activities encompassing digital marketing, public relations, advertising, sales and promotion, roadshows and events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.• Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to strengthen the brand image and maximize product visibility.Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities aligned with the company's brand image and marketing objectives.• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of launch activities with business objectives.• Monitor and review marketing campaign KPIs and ROI to optimize activities, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments.• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize impact and return on investment.• Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape, identifying growth opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.
