Professional BioI joined NICE SYSTEMS in 2006 as an Office Administrator, then managing the daily administrative and facility operations in Singapore Office with only 7 headcounts,. Today, NICE Singapore, stands as one of the renowned IT Technology & Solutions Provider in APAC. With the trust and guidance from HQ Israel, I was entrusted to work remotely with the Facility Director in transforming the "then" office into the "now" office, where we have the infrasture in place, a conducive environment for 80 employees. Growing with the organization has given me the opportunity to serve as an EA to the existing CEO in Singapore office. With 2 "hats" - (EA to CEO/Office Manager), beside managing the APAC CEO's meeting/travelling schedules, I have no limitations to what needs to be done on any daily operational/facility issues, which includes providing 1st level "hands On" MIS diagnostic on computer hardware issues; preparing /imaging hardware tools for new joiners. I am very personable, optimistic and approachable. In summary, my scope of responsibilities are very wide - issues that nobody handles, I will handle within my means and responsibilities with observation to corporate policies.
