Driving Equity and Inclusion: Leveraging professional experience and first-hand knowledge of the importance of breaking down barriers of inequality to create student programs that address inclusive educational and socio-economic needs. Building Relationships: Understanding the connection between performance management, and school and board improvements to create and implement strategies for ongoing leadership development via delegation, driving self-actualization, and encouraging intellectual risk. Developing the Organization: Sustaining and developing a professional learning community through change management strategies, effective partnership building, parental/caregiver involvement, and continuous improvement initiatives, while encouraging knowledge-sharing and accountability. Securing Accountability: Using data to support teacher practice, and monitor, evaluate, and improve the school’s and the Board’s goal of increased internal and external accountability of positive student achievement rates. My commitment to my students has transformed into excellent measureable achievement rates. My commitment to my staff’s professional growth has transcended into proven sustainability and public confidence.
