With the guidance of the National Industries for the Blind, the 3rd Beta Site for Digital Data Scan was opened at the Fort Worth LightHouse for the Blind. Working in tandem with the Sales Manager, Karl Kiene, we were able to provide employment for persons with limited or no eyesight in all phases of Records Management.

Mail Processing

The imaging center, file room, collateral vault areas came together under one umbrella to become the Records Management Department. Beginning in 1999, servicing files, acquired from retiring servicers, were converted to digital format providing access to multi-users, internally and externally. Customers now had access to all documents, collateral and servicing, at the convenience of their finger tips.

Managed 25+ workforce members in four areas of records management. Supervisor - REO Title Supervised the design of REO Title Tracking in company-wide database.

New Department of Loan Delivery was formed as a result of newly acquired REO properties by EMC Mortgage. Position was responsible for the clearing of all title issues in time for REO Closing, the recordation of Grant Deeds and payment of transfer taxes.
