Opening Ceremony for Shanghai World Expo- Responsible for daily operations and correspondence for the Producer and Executive Team of the Opening Ceremony for Shanghai World Expo 2010.- Assisted the producer from development to completion of the project on schedule - delivered the 30-minute opening ceremony show that included fireworks on 15 barges, lights, lasers, graphics on world largest LED screen, permanent and mobile fountains, boats and music for guests from 190 countries. - Assembled weekly reports, presentations, confirmation letters, documentation, milestone deliverables and scheduling.
