CH pediatric clinics employ a total of 9 pediatricians and more than 30 support staff, including RN's,LPN's, and MA's. In charge of hiring, I have a commitment to mentoring and retaining employees by recognizing their individual strengths and encouraging their growth. I am part of the Cherry Health Nurse Leadership Team which meets regularly to set direction for nurse supervisors. I oversee the vaccine management program of our pediatric clinics, as well as scheduling, and the day to day routine of the clinics.
