She has solid experience in handling crisis communications.With more than 10 years of working experience in the fields of Public Relations and Corporate Communication, in both business and public service sectors, she is able to build effective networks with internal and external stakeholders. Joyce joined New World First Bus and Citybus, subsidiaries of NWS Transport Limited in 2012 and she works with the Public Affairs team in developing sustainable relationships with multiple stakeholders and customers, through providing editorial support to the Companies’ promotion collaterals such as newsletter, press release and advertorial; maintaining good media relationship through news release, interviews and press conference; meetings with external partners regularly on public transportation agenda, including the District Councils, government officials, disabled groups and NGOs etc. She is well-trained with proven track record in crisis communications over a wide spectrum of incidents that may create public awareness.Joyce was nominated to join the YoungSTAR programme of New World Development in 2017, a programme to develop talents in the Group to become all-round artisans and leaders in future.
