Starting in 1195 I was the sole Receiving clerk / inspector, and as time past I moved to QC lead in final inspection then over all departments.Next I became the the Inside Sales Coordinator when the company took on a Sub-contract division and during that time I also became the sole company liaison for Safety managing all training and product control from training materials to signs and safety kits for the production floor. Then management decides to maintain subcontracts and I was put in charge of the all production control. Lastly, management determined to put me back in control of sub contracts and assigned me as program manager, which included quoting, material variances and on time deliverer.

I began working at Regency electronica in the Prep Department, working through to the stuffing line then the soldering line then the assembly line, and finally moving to the sole inspection. I became Inspector over receiving. Over time that area grow and we moved to to the Melbourne plant and change our name to RELM Communications. In Melbourne in the receiving area i was made QC Lead and had several people working with me in that area.I worked there until leaving in 2004.
