NOW OFFERING HISTORIC FAUX FOOD TO HISTORIC SITES AND MUSEUMS!I am an independent food historian offering consulting services to museums and historic sites. I can provide research and curatorial advice for exhibitions, food history related articles and essays, and advice for creating historically accurate food and drink for special events and fundraisers.
