Initiated research and development on concept of job club in October 2009 which is now the center of agency service model. Performed as a liaison between administrative agency(EKCEP), contractor agencies, and partner agencies in support of the Workforce Investment Act program. Provided leadership in rolling out new initiatives and projects. Examples: WorkNow (placed over 3,000 people in temporary employment)Piloted program in Prestonsburg Kentucky that increased Workforce Investment Act services to unemployed individuals and increased number served from 100 to over 500.Collaborated with Community College system to deliver specialized skills training for clients.Provide support to contractors and offer suggestions for client growth.
