• Responsible for oversight of all Human Resource operations: benefits, recruitment and retention, workers compensation, staffing and wages, and employee relations• Advise management in the areas of labor and employment law• Conduct employee investigations in a fair, consistent, uniform, and timely manner• Maintain positive relationships with all staff while keeping confidences and protecting sensitive information• Support a culture that promotes a positive environment and enables the organization to fulfill its mission, hold staff accountable, motivate staff to continuously improve, and increase employee engagement• Ensure appropriate documentation and record keeping for regulatory compliance• Remain competent of business acumen and strategic focus to stay aligned with higher level goals of organization

• Advise supervisors regarding personnel issues including discipline and P&Ps• Develop, update, and implement policies and procedure as deemed necessary• Conduct supervisor training to new managers/supervisors and “refresher” training to current staff• Responsible for accuracy and confidentiality of personnel files• Serve in “director” role in absence of HR Director

• Provide assistance in all areas of employment including hiring, recruitment & retention, compensation, transfers, and terminations• Conduct exit interviews with employees who voluntary resign• Coordinate and assist with facilitation of New Hire Orientation

• Assist with benefit administration • Track FMLA, Worker’s Comp, and other leaves as necessary • Conduct annual open enrollment and new hire enrollment for employee benefits

• Collect timesheets and processed payroll for over 900 employees• Maintain accurate payroll records/reports
