• Lead, manage and develop all aspects of rewards & benefits for whole company, and be responsible for appropriate programs including design, implementation, administration, monitoring and following up in alignment with legal compliance and business strategy and culture.• Ensure reasonable compensation and benefits systems to ensure a balance between control of costs and attraction/motivation/retention of right talents. Keep track of market rewards & benefits practices and analyses cost restriction to support development of reward and benefits scheme.• Look for efficiency of project management, work for continuous improvement, track & monitor progress. Work closely with BU/Functions to review and standardize rewards policies and processes.• Improve the performance management system of senior executives, and assist each business department to formulate index database, assessment system and evaluation standard scheme according to the company's business planning and ensure the implementation and continuous improvement.• Assist with budget control of people package cost through policy development & implementation and routine management.• Observe and facilitate to achieve requirements for rewards under excellence program, such as salary planning, incentive plan, benefits management, job grading, M&A, new plant, etc.• Supervise the maintenance and updating of personnel information of all employees to ensure accuracy (compensation & benefits package, personal files, leave, time and attendance records etc.). Assist in HR system related integration and projects.
