- Serves as a HRBP of APAC region, including Greater China, Australia, India and Singapore etc..- Leads the China HR team and the ongoing administration and support of key HR programs and initiatives- Provide strategic guidance to the business group on people andorganizational issues- Work closely with US headquarter to make sure alignment with global policy and projects - Works closely with people managers to provide HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process and culture, with the goal of achieving business result- Partners with Compensation & Benefits, to evaluate competitiveness of HR programs and practices and recommends changes to attract and maintain talent - Leads core HR programs for the business including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management and compensation planning - Provides coaching and feedback on how to improve individual and organizational performance to meet strategic and tactical goals and objectives - Drives and facilitates organizational, employee and leadership development - Partners with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies and employment branding

- Serves as an advisor/coach to line managers on people related matters such as employee performance, employee relations and new initiatives etc.- Facilitates employee engagements, people programs and activities by coaching line managers and provide advisory support to executives- Team with other People Advisors to share and implement best practices- Supports Human Capital Strategy initiatives as applicable - Execute Career Management programs and processes and understand Career Development assets/tools content and educate supervisors- Implement & Coordinate performance achievement process- Support and advise executives on HR policies, ensuring compliance to the company's policies- Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues- Coach line managers, enabling them to develop and guide employees and become more effective in handling people matters- Prepare, deliver and/or support local New Joiner Orientation, including classroom conduct and related activities

- Support recruitment of Accenture Australia, ASEAN, and Greater China. - Assist local recruiter to complete recruiting related works before candidate onboard, including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling, offer/contract creation and release, and system maintenance. Monitor daily operation, to make sure SLA, quality and accuracy are within target. - Cooperate with ANZ recruiting senior manager since 2014, to support Managing Director level recruitment. - As focal lead of APAC background check process, monitor all cases status, foresee any noncompliance risk, work with local recruiting managers, provide solutions to avoid any auditing issues. Have regular meetings with HRSS and local HR leads to review background check real time. - Work with background check vendor to monitor their service quality, have regular meeting with customer service manager and project manager to review process and special cases.

• As a focal of employee onboarding process, to complete onboard process for all new joiners. • Be responsible for all local/non-local employees’ (over 3000+) business visa/work permit, and extension. Control visa timeline to make sure no delay, no potential risk in legal. Working with project managers to deal with client visa application. • Issue verification letters based on employee’s request, including employment verification, salary letter etc. • Managing employees’ contracts, keep new contract on file, renew contract regularly.
