Hello, I'm Dr. Joyce Azzam, a conservation architect, mountaineer, and motivational speaker based in Dubai. My professional path in cultural heritage preservation has led to impactful global projects, while my personal journey has scaled the world's highest peaks, making me the first Lebanese woman to climb the Seven Summits, including Mount Everest.Today, I channel these experiences into transforming workplaces through the Everest Motivational Series. My programs are designed to foster environments filled with joy and resilience, offering tailored workshops and keynote speeches that empower teams to tackle challenges with determination and enthusiasm.Additionally, I founded the Mounturtle Mountaineering Academy, one of the first academies in the Middle East led by a woman. The academy is dedicated to helping individuals climb mountains with joy, equipping them with the skills and mindset needed for both mountainous and personal challenges. My aim is to help individuals build resilience to climb their everyday mountains with courage, enhancing wellbeing and driving performance, ensuring that they not only face their challenges but thrive amidst them.
