Project Manager
As a projectmanager I am responsible for strategic projects in the digital and IT workfield. At the moment, I am more and more occupied with the strategy of our Digital department and the Digital strategy. I connect different digital projects and make sure it all contributes to the Digital strategy. Projects: * JUKE: here I was responsible for the go live of JUKE 1.0 and setting up Joint Venture between Talpa Radio and MediaMarkt. JUKE 1.0 is now live for public. Further development, implementation and launch are conducted now. I managed the complete project team, with team members from both Talpa Radio and MediaMarkt and an international development partner. At this moment I focus on setting up the online marketing department and way of working for this new company (JUKE B.V.). JUKE is the newest and most personal music streaming service of The Netherlands. With special playlists tailored to every mood & moment, charts, 40 milion tracks and many radio stations, JUKE always easily gets you into the right mood. Or get to know famous music lovers better by browsing through their personal playlists. Athletes, musicians, tv-personalities aka JUKE Editors create playlists that reflect their taste, knowledge and interest, infused with personal anecdotes about the chosen tracks. * Multiple integration projects for the complete merger of 538Groep and Sky Radio Group. Since January 2017, these two companies were merged, as well as their system landscape and ways of working. I managed the integration and migration of diverse IT systems and work processes. * Monetizing adds: together with my projectteam we implement a new technology with which we can personalize adds. We can offer specific adds to specific target audiences. The technology is new and still has to be finetuned, but with experiments we test different opportunities and measure the effect. Since it is a new technology and experimental project, stakeholdermanagement is complex and extremely important.

As a Project Manager I was responsible for multiple projects within the program 'Cross Channel Rabobank Hypotheek Dossier'. We work according the Agile (Scrum) methodology which means we work with multiple scrum teams in iterations of two weeks. We present a new version of the Rabobank Hypotheek Dossier every two weeks. Projects: * Development and implementation of iQuest: a serious gaming app in which employees can gain new knowledge about changing legislation and workprocesses combined with fun. * Research & PoC for a intelligent scanning solution for mortgage documentation of customers. * Monthly updates with new features of Rabobank Hypotheek Dossier. Rabobank Hypotheek Dossier: Rabobank is working on the renovation of the mortgage orientation and advice series. It concerns both a Cross-channel customer/bank application as well as the integral systems and processes. The Rabobank Hypotheek Dossier on www.rabobank.nl allows the customer to orientate himself, free of charge, on a mortgage at the Rabobank. For advice, a customer can upload documents in a personal file so that the Rabobank can prepare the consultation. When a customer uses this functionality, this means direct lowering of the costs for advice.
Test Manager
As a Test Manager I was responsible for the test strategy and implementation within the program "Cross Channel" which is occupied with the development of the Rabobank Hypotheek Dossier (online mortgage orientation and advice). I set up the long term test strategy within an agile environment and coordinated all tests and other activities in order to come to monthly (and later bi-weekly) updates of the software for our customers. Rabobank Hypotheek Dossier: Rabobank is working on the renovation of the mortgage orientation and advice series. It concerns both a Cross-channel customer/bank application as well as the integral systems and processes. Management Trainee Ict
As a Management Trainee at Rabobank I successfully completed three assignments of eight months in the field of management & IT. Besides these assignments, I joined an intensive and challenging training program with attention for both professional and personal development. First assignment: Lean Consultant at department Document Management. I was responsible for training all employees, coaching them and the management in adopting the Lean philosophy and setting up a reporting structure. Second assignment: Implementation manager of the Klant Implementatie Transparantie Tool (KITT). I was responsible for the implementation of this tool and corresponding way of working in all the 130 local branches. Third assignment: Project Manager online development at Financieren Particulieren. I achieved an optimized development workflow and together with the project team I developed multiple new features. International assignment: ITIL consultant at Banco Regional in Paraguay. I was responsible for implementing several ITIL processes, among which Incident and Problem Management.Extra assignments: Secretary of Management Team Groep ICT. On a weekly basis, I took care of the agenda and minutes for this management team. Project Member for the organization of a corporate social responsibility congress for over 1500 visitors.
