• Job Purpose:To provide timely and accurate Forecasting and Management Accounts information in support of the Operations of the business.Responsibilities:
• Complete annual budget
• Carry out detailed analysis of the weekly/month-end transaction report
• Coordinate/Review monthly rolling forecast
• Advice Central Finance at month end regarding WIP and miscodings
• Support budget holders and the commercial teams on all financial queries relating to month end management accounts

• Principal Duties:
• Prepare, monitor and control budgets to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Ensure that all payroll, invoicing and purchasing processes are carried out in accordance with the company’s policy and in a timely manner.
• Produce monthly client, operations and financial reports.
• Proactively deal with operational and financial issues by liaising with relevant stakeholders as required ensuring that these are dealt with efficiently, timely and cost effective manner.
• Personnel duties including recruitment, assessing and implementing staff development through the Personal Development Process ensuring objectives are set and reviewed and training needs are identified and met.

• Responsible for the cash book and bank reconciliations
• Worked with the accountant to reconstruct the accounting records and processes that were transferred into the depot
• Implemented monthly reconciliations for the debtors ledger and assisted the company accountant with some of the general ledger reconciliations
• Creating monthly prepayments and accruals adhering to tight deadlines
• Assisted the accountant with the preparation of the monthly and annual accounts and budget variance analysis
• Assessing, verifying and processing invoices in a timely manner
