CurrentUsing knowledge of automation tools, including Framemaker, QuarkXpress, InDesign, DeskNet and AppleScript, oversees automated production processes during monthly and quarterly document creation cycles. Ensures that automated documents contain all necessary content and graphic elements. Ensures timely delivery of automated documents and information to all necessary locations and formats, including multiple PDF formats and libraries. Accesses, retrieves, identifies, and manipulates document content in a broad range of formats from various sources: server-based text and graphics, fund information and other databases, electronic mail, and Internet. Oversees translation services for international marketing pieces such as fact sheets and brochures. Coordinates manufacturing capacities with fulfillment levels and capabilities to ensure compliance with legally mandated publication dates. Meets with internal clients of different levels of staff to discuss the development of new electronic documents.Major Achievements - Developed a universal method to enable the user to identify product data loads "At a Glance", this was an unprecedented milestone that simplified scheduling and management of the production cycle and transformed the level of proactive user support.
