This was my MBA final project which focused on growth strategy formulation for my client (Canterbury Industrial Sweeping Company Limited - CanSweep). Various business analysis and market research were conducted in order to formulate and advise CanSweep on the best utilization of their existing resources and networks and to identify & evaluate any new business opportunities (through new product and service or a new business model) to accelerate the business expansion to achieve the desired revenue growth, in effect doubling the 2017 revenue by 2019.

Responsible for staff training and supervision of all staff ensuring all reports are completed in due time and forward to the head office in Sydney, Australia.Major Achievements: Successfully sold the China Master franchise rights to Goldsen Engton (Beijing) Assets Management Company Limited and opened up the China market for BBX International under a joint venture partnership business model.
