Joyce D. Barton of Melbourne Beach, Florida has led a very colorful life. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Joyce has been in business her entire adult life. Getting her start in the restaurant business with her father, they ran three restaurants together. She went on to start her own catering company and wedding consulting biz. After moving to Florida in 2011, Joyce started a different type of consulting business as a health coach to help women live a healthier lifestyle, called Food With Joy. This led to being a contributing author in the book, "Inspire! Women's Stories of Accomplishments, Encouragement and Influence." She went on to do a talk show called "Unbelievable Women" and is always interested in meeting more women to interview. Joyce is the mother of three adult daughters and has two grand kids. A fun personal side note is Joyce was on the TV show called Dance Fever as a contestant back in 1981. She still enjoys partner dancing today with her favorites being salsa and bachata. A not-so-fun side note is that Joyce served as Vice Mayor of her Town of Melbourne Beach for 3 years. Politics is a brutal game that she is happy to leave behind.
