A passionate certified MBTI/IMAP career consultant with extensive career counseling, human resources management, employer relations, and teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have always had a drive to help others, and this drive has led me to aid graduate and undergraduate students as well as alumni at the University of Delaware achieve their career goals. Additionally, I have assisted with the creation of a specialty charter school, Gateway Lab School, to serve the needs of children who have not thrived in the current public school system. In addition to working with employers to create sustainable partnerships with the University, I also developed and managed the Career Ambassador Program, which gives students the ability to help their own peers with career development.
