Current* Managed on-time and under budget all funding, programming and media for two touchstone library projects completed in June, 2023: 1. hosting the ROBERT McCLOSKEY: The Art of Wonder exhibit which drew over 80,000 visitors to Brunswick from June - October from all 50 states and 22 countries, and included a feature in the New York Times; and, 2. secured a new 2023 EV-Transit van ($63,000 in-kind donation from Darling's) and additional foundation and private funding to put the first electric bookmobile in New England on the road serving people and neighborhoods we previously could not reach.* Developed the library's first “Contemporaries” group, engaging a new generation of users and supporters in advocacy and fund raising* Developed the library's first major gift endowment campaign in 16 years ($300,000 match)* Manage all aspects of the annual fund campaign ($140,000+), major donor cultivation and stewardship portfolio of 200+ individual, foundation and corporate donors* Individual and collaborative (cross-department/cross-agency) grant writing* Produce both large and intimate events from annual donor recognition, fundraising events and house parties with guest speakers, entertainment and sponsors, community block parties and more* Manage library and community events, including the largest community build of Little Free Libraries in Maine* Manage media relations and social media
