Joyce has been a Human Resources professional in the healthcare field for over 15 years. Her most recent experience is with Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to that she worked in Quality Management at Charlotte Regional Medical Center in Punta Gorda, Florida and at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida. She has over 25 years experience in various areas of Human Resources. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is Professional Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM certified. Joyce is the HR Business Partner for the Holy Cross Medical Group and Urgent Care Centers.
