Managing the overall performance and development of the Skills Development Scotland Employability Fund contract in 12 regional areas. Involved in project to implement the service and was primary contact for internal Customers as well as handling complaints from external Customers.I had a spell as Collections Controller with team responsibilities for the inbound/outbound call.
