As a founding member of Custora’s Product team, Joyce scaled Custora from an early MVP to a product used by 7 of the top 20 US ecommerce brands by revenue. At Amperity, Joyce has led product development for many core investments across the ML and ML Ops spaces, including launching Amperity’s predictive models and infrastructure used by many of the world’s top brands.
