I have been a Residential Real Estate Sales Professional for the past 24 years. Early on in my working career I worked at Scott Paper, Trans World Airlines, and Braniff Airlines. Also, my Dad, John Polselli, started the Trieste Restaurant in Prospect Park in 1960. My brother, Tony, owns and operates it now. If anyone knows of it, contact me.

For the year 2012 I have received the President's Award from the Prudential Affiliates.In March at the Prudential Conference I will be recognized for this honor. This is the fourth recognition I have received from Prudential since I joined four years ago. Being consistent is key to a successful career.

Helped design marketing and sold new homes.

Original investor and owner of office on Dilworthtown Road in West Chester. Instrumental in starting the office. Established the location, name and many of core owners.

In the eight years I worked at Weichert Realtors as a resident real estate salesperson I acheived their Presidents Club three times and their Ambassadors Club twice.That put me in their top 2 percent of their entire company. At the time Weichert Realtors was the largest Independent Real Estate Company in the nation.

I worked at Philadelphia Airport for Trans World Airlines and was one of the first woman to ever work in the airport. While today you see woman working at airports all the time It was a ground breaking experience in the mid 1970's. As woman we had to prove that we could be as competent as the men. As it happened I trained the men on the ticket counter in the passanger airline reservation system. It was the first major computer system that was developed in Industry. And, I had gotten a degree in the program. It was challanging work which I enjoyed immensely. This is where I really learned customer service. I often put in sixteen hour work days that exhilerated me. The experience gave me my foundation for my current success. This year I recently got together with some of the wonderful people I worked with all those years ago. We were a team and the bond after all these years has not broken.

Here I worked in Scott Paper Company in the order processing department when IBM was fully in charge of everything. In the beginning we used to punch cards with information and load the information into the computer. System Analysts were jobs that were created onsite. Noone had a degree in computer science. It hadn't been invented yet. I was in charge of loading all the information to all the mills around the country for Scott Paper. Again a ground breaking experience charged with a lot of energy at times.
