- Managed 10+ strategic partnerships with US-based and Canada-based non-profit organizations to increase access to STEM education and workforce development in under-resourced communities, developing engaging, rewarding experiences for both SAP employees and non-profit clients.- Drove traditional and skills-based volunteer employee engagement by collaborating with employee resource groups, early talent, talent acquisition, communications teams, volunteer ambassadors, etc., empowering employees to lead their networks in community service - Empowered over 800 active Volunteer Ambassadors to make a difference in their local communities by providing expert guidance and policies on volunteering, corporate giving, matching gifts, signature CSR programs, and impact tracking- Led workforce readiness program (Advancing Career Education, or ACE) at SAP Early College High Schools (ECHS) in 4 cities across North America to bridge the digital divide and create opportunity for youth who are underrepresented in the tech industry- Developed skills-based (in-person & virtual), asset-based volunteering curriculum that connects high school students with industry experts to practice essential professional skills, providing SAP employees a structured program through which they can mentor youth- Created survey process that allowed for quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure impact of ACE program on students, teachers and volunteers - Co-built social justice campaigns and coordinated with Diversity and Inclusion team and ERGs to amplify said campaigns- Co-led with Pan-Asians@SAP ERG leadership team to represent and highlight Asian employee voices, in response to anti-Asian sentiment fueled by COVID-19- Developed pilot virtual volunteer projects in collaboration with local nonprofits for corporate volunteers at start of COVID-19 pandemic to set the gold standard of virtual volunteering
