In this role I oversee the design, planning, implementation, and reporting of various strategic initiatives in support of the College’s Strategic Plan. Under direction from our Board and the senior leadership team, I assume responsibility for the full spectrum of matters related to strategic projects providing the analysis, research, and business case for any net new strategic initiatives, and once approved provides the oversight, project framework and reporting to ensure that all strategic projects are completed efficiently, effectively and with measured results.I am responsible for ensuring a proven and structured project methodology is followed for all strategic projects and for putting in place the key performance indicators to measure and monitor the College’s progress towards these goals. I am also responsible for the implementation and oversight of the related projects and initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.I also provide expertise on current environmental trends related to regulatory obligations and program development, to assist the College in fulfilling its regulatory mandate and meeting its strategic goals.

Responsible for policy, governance and strategic projects at the College. Responsible for leading cross functional strategic projects. • Assist the Public Sector Equitable Compensation Act (PSECA) Implementation Project Office in developing and implementing the related regulations• Read and interpret relevant government legislation and policy documents• Assist in developing policy documents and the regulatory impact assessment statement• Assist in stakeholder consultations, compile and assess stakeholder feedback and concerns• Collect, verify, organize and analyze quantitative data for conducting a cost-benefit analysis

• Assist the Senior Advisor, Policy and Performance Measurement in producing the annual Senate Administration Performance Report• Perform research on performance measurement methodology and apply it to analyze performance indicators and to formulate recommendations• Collaborate with managers and staff in other business units to facilitate the collection of performance data; respond to inquiries and address concerns• Perform analysis on performance information by identifying gaps and assessing the quality and relevance of the data based on the intended purpose and scope of the report• Compile, edit and format the performance information for inclusion in the report to improve clarity, readability, and consistency• Participate in consultations with managers and staff in other business units regarding performance reporting; provide suggestions and input where appropriate

• Analyze financial information and prepare components of personalized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals • Perform research on investment and financial products, tools, and strategies to help formulate recommendations for clients• Build tools and presentations to help clients better understand complex financial planning concepts• Process mutual fund transactions and perform internal audit procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations• Develop and lead the implementation of special projects to provide value-added services to clients, and to improve internal tools and processes for the firm

• Assist sales staff in servicing clients by preparing and processing documents for insurance and investment accounts • Provide direct service to clients by handling follow-ups and inquiries• Lead the implementation of a special mutual fund audit project and more structured internal audit processes to ensure greater compliance with industry regulations• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to junior members of the administrative team when required
