Oversees the accreditation and facilitates stakeholder input, focus work group, maintains action plan and self-study of the school.

Has a strategic view of successfully developing and improving the school within the framework of the school’s vision and mission, following principles of CIA FIRST International School.Advises the school principal on the formation of its policies and their implementation.Involves the school community, especially parents and guardians of the students to promote student achievement.Supports the management of significant school programs in the analysis of the needs of the students and the translation of the school policy and frameworks to meet the needs of the students. Supports the principal in making significant decisions relating to the program, budget and staff relating to the area of designated responsibility within the framework of the school’s strategic plan, policies, and budget. Plans, manage and monitor the agreed budget, setting appropriate priorities for expenditure allocating funds and ensuring effective administration control.

Develop lessons, resources, units, and assessments aligned with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).Manages teachers and ensures alignment and understanding of the student outcome. Implements data driven implementation plans based on student data and achievement.

Teach students in a classroom setting, managing their work output in the classroom and behavior on a daily basis.Develop teaching and learning materials for use in class, including lesson plans, exams and homework, homework and projects, and assignments that make use of all student skills.Modify lesson plans and materials as needed to make them suitable for students’ current learning levels.Monitor and track student progress and issue grades.Maintain relationships with parents and legal guardians of students in order to keep them informed of their child’s progress.Work collaboratively with other teachers and administrators, including special ed teachers and teacher’s aids, to provide individualized support for each student on a regular basis.Collaborate with other teachers in order to share best practices and provide meaningful feedback regularly.Ensure that students meet educational standards and school performance goals for their grade level.
