Second-year pharmacy student at Nova Southeastern University Barry & Judy Silverman College of Pharmacy expected to graduate in 2027. Born and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, moved to Florida a year ago to pursue my degree in pharmacy. I received my bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez in 2022 and in 2023 got my nursing license. While doing my bachelors degree I spent my free time as a volleyball coach at my hometown league were I got to teach little girls ages 4 to 12. Being currently a P2 student at NSU has been an exciting journey, I've learned a lot of things and I've enjoyed every second of it. My specialty interests include pediatrics, nephrology and diabetes, but I love to learn about new fields every opportunity I get too. With this in mind, I am still exploring what pharmacy is and everything it has to offer. I am open-minded in what I would like to pursue at the end of my student career and to begin my professional career. Volleyball, fashion, and family time are things I love to spend time on. In my free time, I enjoy watching my sister play volleyball, disney and going to the mall. I consider myself a person full of energy, that loves to spread her happiness with others.
