Joyce is founder and President of CCI Engineering Services (CAD Concepts Inc.). Founded in 1984 as CAD Concepts, Inc., her company created a new concept in support services; offering computer-aided design services geared to meet the needs of engineering, architectural, and construction firms. Through Joyce’s leadership, CCI remains focused on identifying emerging technology and best practices that improve client’s designs, productivity and delivery, and continues to provide a wide range of essential services to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery in both the private and public sectors. CCI remains solely owned by Joyce where she is an active CEO, continually guiding the organization onto its next milestone. Explore CCI at www.ccitechs.com In addition to being the president of CCI, Joyce takes an active role in the education and development of the next generation of engineers and technicians by serving on the STEM Industry Council (SInC) Advisory Board. Formerly, Joyce was also involved with the State of Ohio Project Lead The Way Executive Council, the Cleveland Project-Lead-The-Way Advisory Board, the Columbus STEM Board, and was the Education Director for the Columbus Women’s Transportation Seminar Board. She has worked tirelessly to promote internship and college opportunities for minority and disadvantaged students - reaching out to both public agencies and private companies to create opportunities for these students.Recognized for her industry experience, Joyce was elected to the Transportation Research Board’s Asset Management Panel where she worked with other selected leaders in the transportation industry to guide research for improved industry standards and processes.
