Analyze Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Accounts• Prepares journal & adjustment entries• Manages funds(cash, loan availment, loan settlement, fund transfer) in coordination with Nestle Treasury Center, Singapore• Prepares billing monitor Accounts Receivable to other Nestle Markets• Monitor Accounts Payable within Nestle Markets & 3rd Party supplier.• Prepares reconciliation reports based on specified schedule• Highly involve in Procurement to Pay transactions (PO creation)• Monitors outstanding checksPrepare reports on Unit Cost, Standard Productivity, Capacity Utilization and other reports relevant to Operations• Prepare analysis of the results of above reports• Conduct reviews and alignment with Operations and other RNBS centers on the measures• Monitor and analyze the “peaks and lows” of measures• Simulate charging using ABC costing• Assist in budget preparation by consolidating volumes and unit cost• Conduct testing of projects related to Measures and communicate results of testing to GNBS• Compute financial savings for DMAIC projects• Conduct testing, roll-out on OPM (Operations Performance Measure) and address issues of same
