-Managed receiving, storage, delivery and disposal process of direct, indirect and hazard material of 3 warehouses.-Optimized material flow path, storage capacity and categories to maximize the storage capacity within current warehouse space and improve the EHS compliance for Hazard material-Coordinated with different functions to optimize the consumable material management-Led the reorganization of warehouse team improve process and workforce efficiency
