I was one of two graduates selected out of about hundred applications for Ogilvy Singapore's Graduate Fellowship Programme in 2012.The programme kicked off with an 8-week rotation programme across 8 different departments: Public Relations, Planning, Neo@Ogilvy (Digital service & direct media agency), RedWorks (Production), Creative, Traffic, Consulting, Account Servicing.After 2 months rotating across disciplines, I picked 3 departments where I would spend 3 months each to get a deeper insight to their function and the type of work they do.1st department: Planning, Ogilvy & Mather Advertising2nd department: Consulting, Ogilvy One (Data Analytics Team)3rd department: Public Relations, OgilvyPR (Social Marketing Team)In 2013, I chose to return to OgilvyOne as a Marketing Intelligence Executive.
