Joyce L. Moore (semi-retired) is an entrepreneur and community organizer. She was a state licensed real estate broker, a former owner of an independent real estate brokerage where she is involved in the sale and listing of real estate investments and the education of buyers and sellers regarding their real estate needs. She is heavily engaged in the community, working with self-sustaining programs, encouraging entrepreneurship, self-sufficiency, environmental stewardship, and community building. She received a BS in Business from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and holds industry certifications and designations as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Internet Technology Professional (Epro), Realtor, and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and a Fellow of REAL (http://www.mibor.com/real/real/) a leadership certification offered through MIBOR. She is trained as a SAS programmer, teacher, computer technology educator, and human resources and business administration. Her work and interest are focused on developing individuals to their fullest potential through education and personal development. She serves on several community service boards, where she has been awarded many service awards and recognition. Joyce heads various community education outreach programs and youth personal development and career fulfillment programs and is currently heavily involved in inner-city community programs aimed at making the inner city better.
