I am an investment banker and private equity specialist with over 20 years of originations & transaction experience across different product groups of Investment Banking, including High Yield Debt and Restructuring, Special Situations Investments/Debt, Structured Finance, Private Equity, M&A, Distressed Assets Trading, Leveraged Buyouts, IPO and Secondary Offerings. I was also involved in a number of headline deals in firms where I used to work at including DBS Bank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Bank of Taiwan. My sector expertise primarily includes real estate, hospitality and commodities. From 2006 - 2016, I have completed more than 30 transactions, valued at USD3b. With over 20 years of diverse experience, I have learnt to embrace challenges, achieve accomplishments in unfamiliar territories.
