Joycelyn focuses a substantial part of her practice in the area of labor and employment law. She currently manages multiple client relationships and provides day-to-day counseling and training services on personnel issues, policy considerations and strategic operations for employers. In addition to serving as lead counsel in arbitrations, mediations, litigation matters and actions filed with state or federal agencies, Joycelyn also serves as a highly skilled workplace investigator, managing sensitive investigations for companies and boards across the country. She also conducts strategic risk analysis of business decisions as they relate to human resource management for companies of all sizes as well as climate assessments. Managed employment charges filed with the EEOC and state human rights commissions for large corporations with multiple offices and branches across the United States.
