I'm a junior majoring in Management at the Isenberg School of Management. I chose Isenberg because it offers a variety of majors beyond just business, allowing me to explore and expand my options. Over the past two summers, I've interned as an HR assistant at Anodyne Corporation, a leading home care and staffing company in eastern Massachusetts. This experience has sparked a passion for the operational side of hospitality. During my time at Anodyne, I mastered fundamental concepts such as using Excel spreadsheets, data entry into databases, and processing employee timesheets. I possess strong organizational and communication skills, enabling me to collaborate effectively with colleagues. In the long term, I envision myself attaining the manager role within either the social media marketing or hospitality industry. I aim to secure a position where I can apply my skills and expertise to lead teams, devise effective strategies, and drive growth within these dynamic sectors.
