Having 8 years of customer service experience has taught me a lot, I had to implement valuable skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management. my experience has enabled me to anticipate a customers' needs, identify their pain points, and provide a personalized solution to a problem.While I'm being productive and solving clients problems you can agree it's what helps people get through their day. I also with my other roles learned how to pay attention to detail, and utilized the ability to work in a call center environment.
