Mental illnesses affect people of all age, race, and income. They are biologically based conditions that disrupt a person’s thinking, feeling and behavior. These symptoms are unrelated to an individual’s upbringing, character, or personal willpower. Most importantly, mental illnesses are treatable. When individuals, family members, and professionals work in partnership to care for each person as a whole, instead of just the illness, we take the first steps of recovery together.Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating stigma and inspiring hope, growth, recovery and wellness for people with mental illness. We operate 30 programs at over 35 locations in San Luis Obispo and North Santa Barbara counties. The emphasis of our innovative services is to teach vital independent living skills and help build a framework for community re-entry through personal empowerment and hands on experience. For over 30 years, TMHA has been dedicated to providing work, housing, case management and life-skills support to teens and adults with mental illness while offering support, resources and education for their loved ones.

Implement a senior safety program 'Preventing Fires and Falls' for residents of SLO. The city received a FEMA grant for the program; I have developed the plan, built the team and conducted presentations to senior groups across SLO.

Arranging and conducting fashion shows featuring Jones of New York clothes for all ages and sizes. Works with charities and businesses in the Central California Coast. A great compliment to the City of San Luis Obispo Senior Safety job!

Finds top quality IT Healthcare staff and contract personnel for staffing companies, healthcare organizations and consulting firms.Volunteer with a number of non-profit and public organizations including Pacific Wildlife Care, the California Welcome Center, the Baywood/Los Osos Chamber of Commerce and the Grizzly Academy. Also active in my neighborhood as a board officer and organizer of events.

IT executive for Services Organization, including Application Support, Clinical and IT Training, Service Desk, Operations and Web Development groups. We support a portfolio of 250+ applications including Lawson, Affinity and Eclipsys. I was responsible for leading an effort to redesign the Information Technology organization, which included evaluating job descriptions and personnel and acquiring functions from several other groups (such as reporting, decision support and database development). Additionally we began rolling out ITIL practices and began to install Remedy/BMC modules for the service areas. I have served as the primary liaison to the clinical and business groups for technology in the Hospital.

Managed the direct mail teams for more than $15 million dollars in business at clients like AOL and Consumers' Union. Served as the client relationship manager.

Led large implementation projects for CRM software. Served as program lead for PMs.
