Manage the strategy development and execution of patient recruitment and enrollment projects for global and multiple study investigator clinical research studies. Responsible for oversight of departmental activities including site and client communications related to study investigator and participant recruitment, patient pre-screening, and enrollment in clinical research studies. Ensure services are provided according to client contractual agreements and internal policies and procedures.

Responsible for prospecting and enrolling Clinical Research sites to participate in clinical studies, defining service contract relationships, and working closely with internal specialists to develop and present customized study recruitment and outreach support services to Inclinix clients. Responsible for managing on-going client relationships and expanding opportunities within assigned sites and regions. Direct, develop and oversee the company’s site and patient recruitment activities, policies, objectives and initiatives.
