My job was to manage multiple Oracle/Financial Interface Gateway (FIG) specific configuration and feed related tasks while leading concurrent technology projects focused on optimizing business processes and enforcing high standards of excellence. I worked closely with our technical partners, business testers, and senior leaders to deliver projects on-time and within scope of budget. I also directed all testing phases (FUT, SIT, UAT) along with performance and stress testing. This involved developing test scripts, managing testing teams, and ensuring all reported defects were cataloged, rectified, and re-tested successfully.Key Projects:● Broker Dealer Separation Project: Championed conversion of 8K cost centers and 17K GL Accounts while concurrently monitoring +4K test scenarios associated with modifications made to 425 systems.- Collaborated with project team and LOB staff to accurately complete transfer of majority of MLPFS balance sheet ($300B of $330B assets and liabilities) and make precise P&L adjustments.● Financial Systems Roadmap Project: Hand-selected to serve as member of Mapping Team that successfully converted legacy GL sytems to SAP within USDS program.● Legal Entity Database Project: Effectively project managed efforts to gather, develop, and complete functional specifications and business requirement documentation- Essentially created “One Stop Shop” for all legal entity related information including reference data (name, address, and country of origin), and parent/child relationship.
