I am in the last year of university and currently working at One Tree Grill restaurant as a waitress. My major is in International Hospitality Management. Have two years of experience in the hospitality industry. The easy-going and enthusiastic personality helps me make a great connection with colleagues and customers while working. I worked for Function Staff as a casual employee at first and participated in different kinds of event, so I learnt the flow of some events. And then I worked at MASU (Japanese Robata Restaurant and Bar)start as a busser, the major responsibility is to deliver food and drinks, and getting familiar with professional wine service. After 6 months, I worked as a waitress and manage my own section, which includes explaining the menu, take orders and solve problems. And now, I am still working as a waitress but with better professional service skills.In the future, I want to take advantage of my interpersonal skills and make more contribution to the hospitality industry.
