I am an independent, fully insured, swimming teacher with over 10 years experience of providing bespoke lessons to adults and to children aged 2 and over. Based in Central and North West London, I am able to provide private lessons at your home or in private pools (including hotel pools) to fit around your schedule; I come to wherever you are to save you time and hassle!I design lessons, tailoring them to your toddler's / child's or adult's needs, ensuring that they develop at their own rate; these can be one-to-one or two-to-one shared lessons.All lessons are taught with full direct support from me as I remain in the water with you / your child throughout the lesson. As well as being a swimming instructor, I am also a qualified Personal Trainer from Brazil based in North West London. I grew up surrounded by sports and fitness and believe that a healthy lifestyle is a happy one!My passion for exercise and healthy living progressed into my career in Personal Training. I realised that by keeping fit and eating well, I became more focused, determined and motivated; I was able to push myself harder to achieve.
