I'm specialized in the target audience of children and youth so most of the projects I manage are focused on these groups.As a Project Manager I am working at various projects at once. I am in daily contact with my clients and teams and responsible for proposals, plannings and budgets. It's my job to monitor the progression and quality of the projects during all phases starting from analysis until completion, with the clients, target groups, team members and IJsfontein kept in mind. Communicatie & Management was hired by Butch & Sundance Media - as a Project and Communications Manager I have been working on:- Project Wartime Stories: a documentary game about World War 2 with youth as the target audience. The game has launched with a media campaign and national competition, with a final event including a real life game as a climax approaching May 4 and 5. I was responsible for developing and managing both the media campaign and the event in co-operation with several involved parties (Nederlands Instituut voor Beeld en Geluid, Uitgeverij Deviant, NIOD / Netwerk Oorlogsbronnen, Comité 4 en 5 mei, Stichting Democratie en Media) and the creation of the real life game. The game is part of a curriculum for high school students now.- Project Female Super Heroes 2: an interactive story with gaming and comic elements about women's rights, targeted at youth. I was responsible for the project management and have been involved in concept creation, the reviewing of scripts and comics, supporting research and testing of the game. We've been working together with an educational publisher, IT company, comic studio (ArtKing), video producer and researcher.
