As a Campaign Marketing Intern, my main responsibility was to assist the campaign channel in preparing campaign resources and materials for multiple branch countries Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Emirates, UK, Hong Kong, and more), such as landing page and news letter curation for upcoming campaign. This is supported by other minor tasks, such as creating and generating promo codes, updating promotional elements within the website (such as the hello bars and pop up banners) while maintaining excellent customer experience quality via Insider management platform and Printbox software. On the side, I took over the newsletter quality control process for both campaign and prepaid channel, ensuring every newsletter adheres to finalised briefs and pricing lists.

As a Content Marketing Intern, my main responsibilities were to be the copywriter that assists in newsletter curation for all branch countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia), Facebook carousel ads copies for upcoming campaigns, copies for creatives, copies for App push notifications and announcements for both vendor and customer use. On the side, I manage all social media platforms for all branch countries (Facebook, Instagram, and blog). This involves a pinch of social media management, content curation, research, and scheduling.
