Work on initiatives to expand the breadth and depth of the robotics ecosystem and develop high impact programs, highlighting startups technology, matching startups with funders and customers, engaging with robotics adoption, connecting talent to employers and working with academia to commercialize research.

• Developed and executed plans to create the world’s first independent non-profit robotics innovation hub to scale next generation of robotics technologies and startups, providing space and resources to develop, prototype, test and commercialize products and solutions• Develop programs to strengthen the robotics ecosystem at the international level, advocate for worldwide adoption of these new technologies, and maintain MassRobotics as the global leader. Programs include Signature Series identifying industries ripe for robotics adoption and provide introductions to robotic solutions, Industry and Technology focused Working Groups to accelerate specific integration, Funding Events to highlight startups and provide access to VCs and government agencies• Identify and understand the needs of the startup residents and provide mentorship and connections to the supporting ecosystem including talent, funding sources, potential partners, and customers• Mentor and judge at accelerator programs and university entrepreneurship programs
