Served on the Board for six years assisting in all areas but primarily in real estate decisions and fundraising. Joyce has worked on Back to School shoe give away; Christmas giving; and three years as Chair of the the yearly Fundraising Breakfast. Joyce now serves on Programs Committee for the new united Metrocrest Social Services which has merged with Senior Adult Services.

Appointed by City Council and Mayor to serve in the position of Planning and Zoning Commissioner for 3 terms.

Joyce handled Tenant Representation in some of the most difficult times in commercial real estate in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and at that time found her most loyal, quality clients that continue to do business with her today. Several of her clients have retired due to the fact they were able to sell their very profitable business and leave them worth millions.
