I strategized and executed the go-to-market plan for the Thai market, and managed the seller operation to ensure platform sellers understood the benefits of the solution and provided professional know-how via trainings and channels. I also worked closely with the regional product and algorithm team to develop and optimize solution features to improve performance and user experience. Additionally, I pioneered and developed the strategic content e-commerce ecosystem and implemented it in the Thai market, introducing the "See Now, Buy Now" concept to the livestream business operation.
